A New Take on the Easter Bunny

Personally I don’t celebrate Easter. I’ve no children and no belief in God. However, if I did decide to partake, then having a lady deliver me an Easter egg stuffed with pornography would be a pretty good starting point. That was the plan of a woman in Florida who allegedly wanted to educate people. You’d think people would be grateful for some entertainment while they’re stuck in quarantine at home but apparently that’s not the case, as she’s now been arrested.

There’s not a lot of good femdom themed Easter imagery, with the possible exception of the bizzare but entertaining photograph I posted last year.  For this years post I’ll go with an image Mrs Athena De Sade – very much from Belgium and not Florida  – shared on her twitter feed. This is her with a beautiful but subdued submissive bunny.

You can see more from Mistress Athena on her website. She primarily sessions from an Antwerp location.

Hair of the Dog

The problem with taking a vacation is returning to normal life. As a rule, I’m not a fan of normal life. My Yelp review for it would be a two star at most. It appears to principally involve working and being responsible, and neither of those are my strong points.

Fortunately I’ve come up with the perfect solution – take another vacation. I’m not sure if this is an entirely sustainable model, but I’m running with it until proven otherwise. Consequentially, I’m now in Chicago, enjoying more kink and fine food. I had a fabulous session today with Mistress Mara and more kinky fun is planned for the coming days. Sadly, we were so busy enjoying ourselves (i.e. torturing me) that we missed out on photographs. Hopefully, we can fix that for next time.

I’ll finish the post with a totally unrelated image, that I have absolutely zero context for. It popped up on twitter recently, and even with a translator app for the text, I’ve no idea what’s going on. But I love it for the sense of happy menace it presents. I get the feeling that the cheerful smiles and welcoming attitude may vanish once that door slams shut. It puts me in mind of three cats encouraging a naive young bird to step into their den.

Back in Blighty

I’m safely back to the UK, although I have apparently turned into an American tourist. I thought my recent US citizenship test was just a few easy history questions, but there must also have been a Men in Black style brain zapper hidden in there somewhere. In the last few days I’ve been lost more times than I can count thanks to the twisty roads and arbitrary street names. I’ve been amazed at the ubiquitous jaywalking and people drinking beer on the pavement outside pubs. And I’ve been confused by the currency (all these coins!) and the elevator buttons (the UK and US disagree on what the first floor is). The combination of bewildered tourist and an English accent has been a really puzzler to everyone around me.

On a happier note, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to meet up with Sardax on Tuesday afternoon. He’s an artist I’ve admired for many years and it was an absolute pleasure to chat with him about kink and Femdom over a coffee. I think his work captures the essence and beauty of Femdom in a very truthful and unique way, and we’re lucky to have someone with his talent contributing to the kinky community.

Sardax was also meeting up with Domina Emilia, Miss Opium and Miss Patricia, which is quite a spectacular trio of dominants to have in one place on a sunny afternoon in a park! It was a real honor to have the chance to meet and chat with all of them. The image below was shot that afternoon and taken from Domina Emilia’s twitter feed.

Domina Emilia (professional site here), Miss Opium (professional site here)and Miss Patricia (professional site here) are all London based pro-dommes.

If you’re interested in commissioning work from Sardax, his info is here.

Combining Talents

By an odd coincidence, just after my previous post on the failures of fashion and kink, I spotted this tweet from Mistress Iris. Apparently she is in Paris shooting with Ellen Von Unwerth. That should make for a fabulous combination of talents.

I’ve featured Ellen Von Unwerth in previous posts (for example herehere and here). She seems to be one of the few fashion photographers with at least an inkling as to how kink actually works. Similarly Mistress Iris has been featured in the past (for example here, here and here). She’s not only a great domme, but I think she produces some of the most interesting kinky femdom imagery. I can’t wait to see what they’ll end up creating together.

This is Sophia, Ellen Von Unwerth and Mistress Iris. If you’d like to see more of Mistress Iris and her work, she has a patreon here.

Pervette

Last week, after writing about playing with Domina Colette,  I mentioned her passion project – Pervette. At the time I said it deserved a write-up in its own post, and so here we have it.

It has one of the most interesting structures I’ve encountered in a kinky website. Most sites, whatever their topic, tend to be laid out like a library. There’s a catalog, a clear structure and everything is sorted to be easily found. Pervette reminds me more of an art gallery or an old bookshop. The kind made up of odd little rooms, different sized doors and strange steps where you don’t expect them. You don’t march in and grab what you want. You browse, wandering through it to find hidden treasures. Possibly it’s connected to L-Space.

The software engineer in me wants to deconstruct it, sort it, link to all the parts I’ve found. But I’ll resist that urge. Instead I’ll just mention that it’s iterative and evolving. Keen explorers can find the beginnings of a ‘choose your own adventure’ autobiography, guidance on being a domme and some lovely writing on the meaning and value of D/s. To give just a taste of that latter category – try here. Or simply create your own journey from the entrance.

Of course my other reason for posting about Pervette, is it gives me an excuse to feature a photograph of Domina Colette again. This is from a 2016 tweet and looks like the maximum amount of fun that can possibly exist in a single enclosed space. It features Domina Colette, Domina Dynasty and Lucy SweetKill.

Canary in a Coal Mine

The Slixa site launched an essay contest in December on the subject of the SESTA-FOSTA laws. They were offering $10,000 in prize money for both the authors and their charities of choice. The winners were recently announced, and I was very happy to see that Lucy Khan had taken the top spot with her essay: Against FOSTA/SESTA: One Canary’s Cry From Inside the Coal Mine.

I’ve been lucky enough to session with Lucy multiple times in the past. She has always impressed me as a highly intelligent and insightful person, so it’s great to see her pick up this award and money for SWOP-LA. In fact LA pro-domme’s managed to score two out of the three top spots, with Grace Marie picking up the second place prize. Meghan Peterson, a researcher and sex worker rights advocate, stopped an LA/pro-domme sweep by picking up the third spot. I think all three essays are really well written and well worth reading, so check them all out here.

Given it’s Chinese New Year, this seems an appropriate image of Mistress Lucy to feature. She’s in the center, flanked by Daddy An Li (left) and Mistress Damiana Chi (right). It was taken from a Chinese New Year Play Party hosted at The Chi Temple. The submissive is appropriately attired, given it’s the Chinese year of the brown pig.

Three Expressions

Typically I’m not a fan of role playing, workplace scenarios or humiliation scenes. I like being beaten for fun, not because I screwed up. Yet something about this image gives me the shivers. And I mean that in the best possible way. It’s like a kinky performance evaluation, where literally everything you did went badly wrong.

I think it’s the variety of expressions that make it work. The woman on the left never had any faith in you, and she’s totally unsurprised to be proven right. The woman in the middle didn’t know you existed until 20 minutes ago, and now can’t believe she’s been dragged into this bullshit performance review. The woman on the right was the optimist. She really thought you could pull it off. But now you haven’t, she’s going to need to explain to you in great detail exactly where and how you screwed it all up.

Setting aside my fevered imagination for a moment, I think this is orginally from a Japanese idol group called Nogizaka46, and taken from a song called synchronicity. You can see more images from the sequence here.

It’s all about the dick

Custom fit condoms are now a thing according to this article in the Old Gray Lady. Rather than the standard length range of 6.7 to 8.3 inches, you can get myONE Perfect Fit condoms in sizes of 4.9 to 9.4 inches, with a similar degree of variation available on width. They’ve obviously thought through the psychological aspects of getting men to report a penis measurement accurately…

The template that men are given to measure themselves does not include inches or centimeters, instead using randomly ordered letters and numbers. One man might be E99, another Z22.

Of course, given the fact that people can fetishize absolutely anything, if these take off, I’m sure that in 10 years time there will be SPH guys requesting roleplay dialog along the lines of…

You’re a dirty little C11, aren’t you? You’re barely filling that thing. More like a E77 as far as I can see, you nasty worm.

The image below doesn’t have any explicit reference to small penis humiliation. Or any humiliation at all, for that matter. Yet I challenge any male reader to look at those smirks and not feel that somewhere somebody is failing to measure up, and just maybe, it’s them. Hell, I’m not into humiliation at all, and I still get a slight frisson from this image.

Fetishizing race

The Refinery29 site has a thought provoking article on the fetishizing of race – specifically in the case of Asian pro-dommes. It’s written by an Asian women who works in that field, and discusses her conflicted feelings about being able to command a premium price for a fetish she finds damaging.

Anyone who has looked for a pro-domme in a major city will almost have certainly encountered this particular fetishization. Emphasizing physical desirability and attractiveness is a common part of a pro-domme website, and those descriptions can obviously span a huge range of body types and domme styles. However, in my experience there’s only one time race gets featured prominently, and that’s for Asian dommes.

Typically I see three different approaches. Some Asian dommes don’t mention it at all. Some use it as a keyword in a few page titles and descriptions, just enough to trigger a search engine match. Some make it the main selling point and repeatedly emphasize the associated cliches – exotic, cold, cruel and beautiful. From a personal perspective, the more I see race emphasized in a site, the less likely I am to book a session. It’s certainly not down to me to say how a pro-domme should conduct or market her business. I just dislike the idea of being thought of as the kind of guy that would be attracted to that type of racial fetishization. Even if the domme seemed like an interesting person to play with, I really don’t want to be perceived as the middle aged, middle class white guy who got pulled in by a racial stereotype.

The two images below are taken from the Fetish Fortress – a NYC house that specializes in Asian dommes and markets themselves as such. They feature Mistresses Jung, Choi, & Ree fooling around and having fun with feet.
