How high is the ceiling in that space? You need a very big room to use a ladder like that so I don’t think I will be experiencing any thing similar any time soon. I think you’re right about the discomfort as well.
Maybe an old industrial space? They’re often used for playspaces and have decent height ceilings. But yes, it’s a pretty unique set-up. Not one you’ll find in a regular space!
