Phil left a comment on my last post to the effect that the end of the linked story was pretty dark. That’s fair comment. I enjoyed all the heavy bondage and medical themes, but didn’t love where it left our ‘hero’.
If you like the idea of imprisonment and bondage in a medical setting, but prefer something not quite so dark, then checkout ‘Committed’ over on Literotica. I’ve been on a bit of a hunt for hospital/asylum bondage stores recently, and thought this was one of the better examples around.

As someone who spent long periods in hospital having many operations as a child it was where I felt safe cared for and where everything was done for me. It is probably the reason why I have a medical fetish today plus I have a cruel streak and an inventive mind so I find the thought of subjecting a captive male to my wicked experiments pretty hot.
Seems like those early childhood experiences can both be very formative and very bifurcating. Some people never want to revisit them and for others they become a source for kinks to draw upon. Sounds like you’re very much in latter category! Medical experimentation is a disturbingly hot scenario 🙂
