Apologies for the lack of a post yesterday, and for the lack of response to comments. I’m traveling again, and currently working off an unfamiliar laptop in a San Francisco hotel room. On the plus side, I’m looking forward to being beaten up by Domina Ai-Li tomorrow, so that’s definite bonus.

I’ll leave you with a fascinating vintage domination shot. I love the fact she has reins that reach so far, allowing her to stand on his back. I also love the circus like nature of the shot. It’s all very well to carry a domme on your back when riding pony style, but imagine having to do so when she’s standing on it with boots. I’m guessing if he spills her, then that flogger in the other hand will come into use. If she was really evil there’d be some small jumps and hoops for him to navigate as well.

A chance for a flutter on the gee-gee’s

While I’m on record as not being a big pony play fan, I did like the level of fine detail in this drawing. The artist is Ironwood and he’s really put a lot of thought into those outfits. I think it’s from a series entitled ‘Spanish Leather’ but I haven’t managed to track down the complete sequence of drawings from it yet. Oh, and for anyone wondering about the post title, it’s old British slang for betting on horses. My money would be on the one on the right, he looks a little more lively and his rider a touch more lithe.

Horsing around

I’ve posted before that I’m not a huge fan of pony play. It seems like a lot of hard work to get beaten. And when it comes to manual labor I’m a believer in quoting Ricardo’s theory of comparative advantages. Everyone should concentrate on what they’re good at, and I’m good at technology, mixing cocktails and being elsewhere when there’s heavy lifting to be done. My friends have some alternative theories that feature phrases like ‘bone idle’, ‘lazy’ and ‘work shy’, but I prefer to describe these as wild and untested hypotheses. Much like the theory of evolution is in Texas.

While I’m not particularly a pony play aficionado, I know a lot of other readers out there are, and thought they might appreciate this shot. It comes courtesy of Club Dom and features Mistress Deanna Storm and Mistress Aleana. They both seem suitably attired for riding, and their horse has a very impressed saddle and stirrups. Often in this kind of scene the saddle is a bit of a joke, but this one looks like it could actually be comfortable to sit in for a lengthy period.

After yesterday’s lengthy post, this one will be short and sweet. Just a nice image of a normal everyday scene, with a woman taking her naked man for a ride.

Personally I’m not a fan of hair pulling. It’s not an easy pain to eroticize, and it puts me in mind of scrappy playground fights. But this looks kind of fun and it has certainly put a smile on her face.

Can you milk a pony?

I guess according to this, the answer is yes. There are certainly a lot of fetishes crammed into this image, even on top of the milking aspect. There’s the cute girl, who obviously at some point in the past was clearly a boy. There’s the pony outfit with the sexy bit gag. There’s the anal plug. And of course there’s the efficient and vaguely nurse-like figure doing the milking itself.

Unfortunately there’s no signature on the image, but it looks very much like a Dmitrys work to me.

Human Pets (part 3)

Just for a change, a little femdom/femsub material.

Unlike the idea of being a caged indoor pet, the concept of being a pony never does a lot for me. I suspect that’s because pony play implies the idea of work. Hard work. Pulling buggies. Offering rides. Trotting around fields. I find it tough to fetishize anything that involves me doing a lot of manual labor. *

However, I decided to post this anyway. Partly because I think the pony boots and the bit gag are sexy. But mostly because it features Ashley Renee. She was one of the first bondage models I saw online and I’ve always had a soft spot for her (probably not the most appropriate expression in this case). She always looks great in a gag. I found this on human pony tumblr site, but it’s obviously originally from Ashley’s own site.

* On the off-chance that readers are now picturing me a short fat nerd aghast at the thought of physical work, I feel I should point out I’m a skinny 5’10”. If you want to whip me that’s great. Just don’t expect to pull anything at the same time. I’ll hire you a truck if stuff needs moving.

Spurs

Men being ridden like ponies – albeit small, weak, clumsy ponies – is a common femdom theme. But I don’t think I’ve ever seen such distinctive spurs used to such brutal effect. With those for incentive I might even manage a lap or two around the Grand National course.
