An agreement where the worker is temporarily exclusive to one client. As you’d expect, such a set-up typically costs a very large sum of money each month.
It’s an escort thing rather than a pro-domme thing. I guess a charitable interpretation would be that extremely wealthy people hire chefs, accountants and lawyers to work exclusively for them. Why not a sex worker? The less charitable version would be that people have odd ideas about sex and don’t like the idea of a woman having multiple partners.
It always makes me smile when I see it mentioned, because I have almost exactly the reverse fantasy. That is paying a hot sex worker to exclusively not have sex with me. This is a very interesting topic with many layers.
From a professional perspective, such an arrangement (the domme being exclusive to the sub) would be very rare and unusual. First of all, that is the most extreme case of sub / bottom topping that exists, as it completely takes the professional domme out of her element. She is no longer dominating, and no longer has control. Also, from the sub perspective, they would have to have ALOT of $ to compensate the domme for lost income from having multiple clients.
Of course, I do not know how most dommes would feel about this. I speculate most would not agree / go for it. The only way they would, was if there was a connection there that goes way deeper then the business side. (She has feelings for the sub / client). But, the client likely has a full and structured life being that he can afford this arrangement – so likely not interested in her to that level. Likely has a wife, kids, demanding and high paying profession, etc. And she likely has the same.

In the end, its all about living life – what you want out of it, and what invokes feelings. Desires and consequences. What happens if……?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pro-domme specifically mention one of these. Which doesn’t mean it’s never happened of course, but it does seem to be very much an escort thing rather than a domme thing. And yes, from what I’ve seen, it is rare and the $’s are serious numbers!
A dominant women lording it over a stable of subs kind of fits the fantasy of a lot of pro-domme clients. Where I’m guess escort clients really want the fantasy of the escort only being interested in them.
I have see cases where dommes have effectively retired from public sessions but kept seeing a small set of established clients. But that feels more like easing out of the industry, rather than establishing an exclusive dynamic.
