Apparently I’m a predictable sort of fellow. This image made me smile, so I picked it for a post and the title above seemed obvious. It turns out that was the exact same title I’d used for this post 14 years ago, featuring another domme and an amusing sticky out tongue. If they ever replace me with AI, I don’t think it’ll need to be one of those sophisticated ones that occupies an entire data center. An old Commodore 64 trained on a pocket dictionary could probably do the trick.
I’m not sure who the domme is, but I do like her energy. Playfulness is a much underrated virtue in kink.

Yeah, I do that too. Only my memory’s worse. Although my blog has been going just over 14 years, I’ll often be trying to think of a headline for a post and come up with something vaguely punny (like ‘unfair maidens’ or ‘complex inferiority’ or some such), chortle feeling pleased with myself, then discover that it was on a post I put up just four months before.
Just goes to show what aging males will end up doing unless there’s a special Someone taking pains to keep a close eye on them, set appropriate boundaries and ensure there are effective consequences for errors.
At least you didn’t post the same image. I’ve done that, when my filing system (intended to ensure anything posted goes into a folder called ‘posted’) goes wrong – or rather, when I mess up: see point about error correction, above. Some of my more enthusiastic ‘readers’ are a lot better at spotting duplicate image postings than I am.
One domme’s pet name for me is ‘silly old fool’. That I am, delightedly for her.

You use a filing system? I had thought about various folders on my phone, but decided that nobody cares about the stupid captions that I write. In fact, I’ve n arrowed it down to a dozen, maybe a dozen and a half captions that I keep re-using on different pictures. Nobody ever complains because the dopamine hit from the pictures short circuits their short term memory.
Shhh, Tom, don’t give away the secrets of the trade. If you’re not careful, you’ll let on that you, ‘Paltego’ and ‘Servitor’ are actually all the same AI commenting on its own posts on different sites and then where would we be?
I’ve actually got a folder called ‘Used’ where I’ve dumped each image after posting it. Never done a damn thing with it and it’s totally useless for duplicate checking, given how many there are. Now I just keep it going out of habit.

Memory is definitely a challenge as the years pile on. I used to pride myself on knowing every image I’d posted. Now I’ll do an image search for a particular topic, see a nice photograph that looks perfect for a post, and then realize Google is showing me something from an old post on my site. Young me apparently picked some good images, if only old me could remember them,
