Here’s another pair of images from a Japanese femdom blog. These are from the kazowk88 blog and were obviously shot a little more recently than the vintage images from a couple of days ago.
I’m not entirely familiar with the equipment, but it looks like some sort of suction pump that’s being used to stretch his nipples in the first shot. Then in the second shot she appears to have placed an elasticator around the stretched nipple, holding it engorged and taut. That may hurt a little when it’s in place, but I’m guessing it’ll be agony when it comes off.
I do like the casually dangling cigarette. It makes me think of a mechanic or workman going about a job, and adds a nice hint of objectification.

Glad you liked the shots. I’m a big fan of Japanese BDSM material. They really seem to get it, and produce some beautifully sadistic images and movies. The Germans produce a lot of high quality stuff, but (to generalize) I often don’t connect with it quite as well. They seem to be very heavy on fetish elements and equipment, and sometimes lose the human touch, an area I think the Japanese (to generalize again) really excel at.
The idea of British massage makes me smile. At least they’d be very unlikely to get any unwary customers who didn’t understand the code and just fancied trying out the British style of massage!

I’ve had elastics around my nips. Quite tender to touch & pinching. I may not have had them on long enough to make it painful after removal but the process of removing them was a little intense.
Using elasticators is definitely on my to do list. The extra sensitivity would be interesting, and I can imagine fairly intense. I think the pain of removal depends very much on the length of time and how constricted the blood flow was. I’ve had some of my worst pain from heavy and wide nipple clamps that really cut the blood supply off.
Many times we disagreed, but this time we’re on the same page. Well…um….so it seems 😐
