Bigger isn’t Better

As a fan of CBT I thought I knew most of the crazy things men can do, or have done, to their C’s and B’s. Turns out I was wrong. This ProPublica article is a an eye opening and wince inducing look at surgical penile enlargement. Some of the procedures it describes would have even hardcore CBT fans screaming ‘Red! Red!’ It’s really interesting, and very well written, but I can’t imagine any of the doctors featured will be too happy with it.

Personally I’ll stick to penis enlargement via painful procedures the old fashion way, no scalpel required. Just pinching, biting, slapping, whipping and flicking.

This is another old image I dug from a tumblr archive. It’s original from the Mean Dungeon site.

  1. Anyone thinking about penis enlargement should first visit
    briantarsis.com/things you should know/bigger penises

He advises that if the guy is big and his girl is small, things ain’t going to work out well.
    No surprise there.
He also says that girls prefer a guy’s tongue to his cock in the first place!

I think Mr Tarsis has said what needs to be said, and his article deserves to be very widely circulated – and celebrated.

  2. Similarly, I’d suggest that anyone considering penis reduction stick to the old fashion way: an extended period in chastity that results in penile atrophy as opposed to any type of traumatic surgical procedure. It takes a bit more time but is a lot more fun.

With regards to the previous comment and Mr. Tarsis’ advice, he’s basically full of shit. Besides, who is he to decide that girls prefer a guy’s tongue to a cock? He’s likely just someone who’s better at using the former than he is the latter.

  3. With respect to your other readers, the conception of penile shrinkage from long term lockup is a myth. The penis is not a muscle, and there is very little in there to atrophy. What generally happens is the “meat balloons” inside get a little tight from lack of use. After extended periods of lockup, a week or so of free range erections tend to bring things back to normal.

  4. Men who have had certain types of prostate surgery leaving them unable to have “natural” erections will lose between 5% and 10% of their length, with a corresponding decrease in volume upon measuring with induced erections.

I’m not going to say that long term lockup won’t cause any changes, but the common online stories of men going from 8″ down to 2″ are wank fiction. Ten percent for the average man will be only a half inch.
