Writing my previous post on Happy Memories, in particular that last quote taken from a tease and denial session, reminded me of one of the most unusual and entertaining things I ever heard from a domme.

This happened several years ago, in another session with a heavy skew towards tease and denial. The domme in question possessed both great beauty and a very sexy Eastern European accent. I have to admit, it was actually kind of hot. Part of wanted to laugh, part of me was impressed at the creative, but most of me was in the animal brain mode of “Oh God, yes. Fuck yes.” A couple of hours of heavy bondage and teasing with a devious domme will do that.

Baby Bird

This 1970’s Japanese Femdom image comes courtesy of Bacchus at ErosBlog. In his original post he mentions the prevalence of spitting in modern porn and how it’s often used to add a note of humiliation into a scene. That’s certainly true, and it’s not a kink that does much for me. However, I think that spitting can be a surprisingly flexible act. Much like a golden shower scene, it can work as humiliation, reward or intimacy at a distance. It just depends where you direct it.

One spitting technique that’s particularly fun is ‘baby bird’. That’s where the domme carefully drops her spit into the open mouth of the submissive. Done with a snarl it could of course be humiliating, but its typically more an offering dynamic. It’s an intimate act, a reward, but with a sense of control and distance from the domme. Where tease and denial meets kissing. A neat variation on it is for the domme to take a swig of water and then trickle it into the mouth of the submissive. This pushes much the same buttons, but has the added advantage of being able to hydrate a submissive in the middle of a scene when he’s still tied up. I will add, from personal experience, that throwing an open mouth gag into the mix makes this kind of scene particularly hot.

Drool worthy

I always found this type of spitting play kind of hot. And that ‘kind of’ is very deliberate. It pushed my internal kinky buttons, but not in a huge way. More of a ‘fiddling with the buttons on an expensive stereo’ way, as compared to say ‘pushing a big red button that launches nuclear missiles and obliterates half the Western hemisphere’ way.

It has an interesting combination of elements, some of which seem contrary. It’s intimate but objectifying, sensual but demeaning. Yet despite all that good stuff, for me it was still always a ‘fun’ not a ‘wow’. Then I did a session where the domme first fitted a Jennings style gag. That made an enormous difference. Just that extra element of control pushed us straight into big red button territory. I’d never closed my mouth when doing this kind of play. Never wanted to. But removing my option to do so somehow ratcheted up the intensity dramatically. If you like this kind of spit sharing, and you’ve never tried it with a open mouth gag, I really recommend giving it a go.

Swapping spit (one-way only)

This is the last of a progressive trio of posts going from gags, to gags with fluids, to just fluids alone.

I always find drool and saliva play interesting from a personal perspective (I enjoy it) and from the contradictory reactions it provokes. I suspect if you showed these images to a non-kinky person (unfortunately I don’t have one handy to test) their reaction would be one of ‘Ugh. Nasty. She’s spitting in his mouth.’ And spitting does indeed have a very negative connotation. Yet a normal part of making out and kissing involves sharing saliva, albeit as a side effect rather the main event. There’s even a slang expression for kissing that explicitly calls it out – swapping spit. So a sloppy kiss is fine, but separate the mouths by a few inches and suddenly the same liquid is yucky. It seems that just introducing a slight suggestion of spitting or drooling dramatically changes the dynamic of the act.

I’d guess that evolution has programmed us with an innate aversion to something spat out by someone else. It suggests a nasty taste or rottenness, something unhealthy. Most guys aren’t going to have an issue making out with a random cute girl they meet in a bar. But have the same cute girl spit in their drink and they’ll be very unhappy, even though there’s really no difference from a hygiene perspective. Of course from a kinky perspective, any activity that invokes a strong emotional reaction is going to be an interesting one play with. Particularly when it centers around issues such as trust, intimacy, disgust and social taboos.

Inverted Bukkake

A companion post to the previous one. This is the same dominant woman from the same series of images, but shot this time from a slightly more involved perspective.

This struck me as a kind of inverted bukkake. Like a standard bukkake shot, there’s a very attractive asian girl, a POV camera angle, and a spurt of fluid. But happily it’s all been flipped around to put the girl in the driving seat.

Exchanging bodily fluids

The exchange of bodily fluids is one of the key parts of most pornography. But where in US and Europe it’s normally confined to the standard ‘money-shot’, the Japanese tend to get a lot more creative. In the femdom realm anything goes, from spit drinking, through the more graphic toilet functions (for example this kind of thing from the yapoo market series), all the way to the infamous school girl vomit videos (citation and reference definitely not needed).

Of course you can also find those kind of things in the Western market as well if you look hard enough, but it seems far more niche. With respect to Japan, I’m not sure if it’s a specific cultural hot button that gets fetishized, or the result of a generally more creative approach to porn, or just another unintended side effect of their curious censorship laws. But whatever the reason for it, I’m a fan when it results in photographs like this one.
