Cock Cage Fantasy

Recently I’ve been fantasizing about cock cages. That might not seem like hot news. Submissive guy has chastity fantasy – hold the front page. But I’ve actually been fantasizing about other guys in steel cock cages. And I’m still straight, or at least I was the last time I checked.

What prompted this was hanging out in Los Angeles restaurants and observing groups dining together. Many of them seemed to consist of very average but loud men dining with very attractive but quiet women. There’s nothing unique to LA about that combination, but it seems more prevalent here. There’s something particularly annoying about watching overweight guys in badly fitted suits holding forth at great length about their latest business deal while their female companions sit back and nurse their drinks.

The male ego is particularly unattractive when displayed so blatantly. What cheered me up was to imagine them all wearing expensive steel chastity devices, shifting around uncomfortably beneath their Zegna suits. They might have been boasting to their buddies over the steak course, but in my fantasy the ladies held the key to their devices, and then fucked them brutally when they got home. Who knows, it might even have been true in some cases.

Talking of cock cage fantasies – here’s a great one from Steelwerks. This is the steampunk cage.

  1. First, I love the Steelwerks guys. It’s like wearable artwork.

Second, my first thought was that prelude bit to The Wall about “… when they go home at night…”

    1. I always like an excuse to feature the latest steelwerks stuff. As you say, it’s like wearable art. I’m not particularly into chastity play (at least at present), but I’d love to own one of their devices.

This was LA, specifically Beverly Hills, so I’ve no idea if their wives were psychopathic, or if they beat them within inches of their lives, but they certainly weren’t fat!

  2. Third, as somebody with an interest in this subject, I’m just going to mention that I’ve never really thought about how many other guys were walking around with hardware on their tonkers. However, now that you can buy inexpensive Chinese devices for something like $30, I can only imagine that there’s got to be *some* kind of market driving these sales, so it’s quite possible.

  3. Fourth, a few years ago, an online store (possibly The Stockroom) wrote that such devices were the second biggest item. I have no idea what that means in real numbers, but my semi-educated guess is that 20 to 50 thousand units per year are being sold. So, it’s quite possible that you were correct about at least some of them.

      1. Good news – I’ve figured out the comment issue. Bad news – I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet. But standby – that’s my weekend task. It’s a really low level thing, that’s nothing to do with WordPress. Real pain to figure out and fix.

    1. If we go with your 50K units a year, and assume 2 years for the life of a unit (a random guess on my part), then that means 100K units active in the US. If there are 150M in the US then that means 0.06% of men are wearing chastity devices. Of course a lot of men into this buy multiple devices, so the actual number is probably smaller. So in the average restaurant, while it’s certainly possible for locked up guys to be present, it would also seem unlikely, based on this highly dubious maths!

      1. The math gets wonky. A lot of guys have more than one device, either because of breakage, or trying something different for comfort. For a while, the CB3000/CB6000 were the main items on the market, and now we have several other plastic devices, and a huge number of Chinese knock-offs, plus other Chinese made designs. And then you have the more custom made ones, but I imagine that the $300+ price tag means fewer sales, and even far fewer for the $1000+ full custom belts.

So, let’s go with the 50,000 number in the US. Some will be replacements, but let’s call 40k new users. The CB3000 came out maybe 15 years ago, and sales immediately took off. Add in the handful of other devices, and that’s close to a million devices sold in the last 15 years. Not all of them will be worn 24/7, and some will languish in a drawer. So, it’s quite possible that at any one time, a quarter million guys are walking around locked up.

If the US population is 320 million, the men would be 160, and the adult men who might be playing could be 60% of that, or 96 million. So, there are twice as many devices floating around as there are men.

        1. We’re all randomly guessing here, but I wonder if the wastage (i.e. device brought and then thrown away in the next 12 months) is really high. Lots of guys liking the fantasy, but not the reality. Or finding it just too uncomfortable. Or buying it with an idea of involving a partner and then chickening out. Or buying it with the theoretical idea of a partner and then throwing it away when they don’t meet that magical domme. Guys like devices and experimenting and fantasy, but how many translate that to regular use? And if it’s not in regular use, how many worry about it being found and therefore throw it away?

Anyway, as I said, lots of guessing 🙂

          1. Yes, there is a lot of guessing.

I’ve spent years reading and moderating various web boards, and I agree – there are a lot of guys who buy a device, and after a few weeks, months, whatever, of trying it out, it sits in the back of the drawer. There are also quite a few guys who buy cage after cage, trying to find the Holy Grail: A device that is comfortable, convenient, and secure. The Chastity Forums (http://chastityforums.com) has a survey on “How many devices do you own?” 80% of the men have more than one, with most having from 2 to 4. And that is just the people who bothered responding.

I’m not even going to tell you how many I’ve gone through 😉
